Navigating in the time of COVID-19 has been a first-time challenge for everyone. Because many young adults have obstacles to overcome, this time can be demanding on them and of them. Optimum Path has found ways to connect and provide support to those young adults we serve. Our Case Managers are visiting with our clients face-to-face (in some cases) and virtually, monitoring the facilities, sharing helpful resources, and providing support and intervention as needed in crises. In addition, our mental health professionals are using telehealth to help our young adults with greater behavioral and mental health needs. The Optimum Path team is honored to support our amazing young adults during this current pandemic and beyond and will continue to ensure purposeful actions are being made to produce productive citizens equipped with the necessary tools to live independently effectively.
